ballistic rubber blocks
Ismat under our Brand BULWARK manufactures ballistic rubber blocks and tiles for shooting ranges used by the armed forces, law enforcement and private shooting ranges. We specialize in providing solutions to the shooting ranges and are the only company providing options in vulcanized virgin rubber as well as in recycled rubber, based on the requirements of our customers.
Our range of vulcanized rubber blocks are approved by UAE armed forces and have passed the bullet penetration test of range from 5.56 mm – 9 mm and the fire test.
Ballistic Recycled Rubber Tiles
Made from very tough tire crumbs which are mixed with high quality MDI polyurethane binder. Used in shooting range both indoor and outdoor ranges – covering the floor, walls and ceilings, this helps in capturing the bullets which prevents ricochets and lead splash thereby drastically reducing lead dust. Our rubber also imparts very good acoustic properties.

Ballistic Vulcanized Virgin Rubber Blocks
Manufactured with a special formula mix – our vulcanized rubber blocks have very high resilience and durability and have excellent fire resistance property. As the blocks are very dense they impart excellent bullet penetration properties.
They are positioned between the target and the backstop and are designed to keep bullets and back splatter in the downrange. Another distinct feature is the ability of the rubber sheeting to deaden noise from shots and strikes against the rear armour plating. The curtains can withstand high volume shooting and when the curtains wear out due to concentrated shooting, they can be rotated to extend their life. This unique material is demanded by many military, police, government and private indoor ranges across the globe.
